How to become a registered user prior to submitting manuscript for review.
If you are not currently registered in the Online Journal of Rural Nursing and Health Care (OJRNHC) as a reader, author, or reviewer, you will need to become registered prior to submitting a manuscript for consideration for publication. The system has been altered to protect privacy and prevent hacks into the manuscript management system. Being registered to use the journal is not the same as being a member of the Rural Nurse Organization (although that is also required for a manuscript submission). For those who wish to upload a manuscript for review in the Online Journal of Rural Nursing and Health Care, please note that you need to first be registered as an account user. If you are already a user, follow the normal submission process. If you are not registered with the journal, you need to email your contact information, including name, credentials, and affiliation, to one of the following contacts:
Pamela Stewart Fahs, Editor in Chief at psfahs@binghamton.edu
Erin Rushton, Managing Editor at erushton@binghamton.edu
Gabrielle Bonilla, Editorial Assistant gbonill3@binghamton.edu
One of our editorial staff will enter your data into the system, and you will receive a notification that your user account has been created. Once you are entered into the system, you will be able to follow the directions in the author guidelines and upload a manuscript for review. Readers of the journal can access the journal without being registered as a journal user.
